Sadie the Explorer

This past Sunday night, I pleaded with Benjie to cut Lily's hair because I am so tired right now that I can't keep up with the maintenance of it (it takes me more than 20 minutes to wash and detangle in the bath and then another 20 minutes to put it up).  Normally, it isn't so bad, but I just don't have the energy what with a newborn who still wakes in the night twice and a *very energetic* two-year-old along with my opinionated preschooler!

We headed to the back porch and started cutting and Sadie escaped down the stairs into our backyard (in her diaper) and proceeded to explore.  This.is.Sadie.to.the.tee.  She LOVES to explore!

I had fun taking pics and having her pose for me....here are some of my faves:
