This year, Christmas was just so. much. fun. The girls are at the best age to really enjoy and understand all that is going on and are able to appreciate the traditions that much more.
We enjoyed everything from decorating the Christmas tree together (resulting in a cute and bit haphazard tree :) )...
to decorating cookies...
to eating Ghanaian tomato stew with chicken and rice for Christmas Eve dinner...
to opening presents on Christmas morning...(Sadie was sick so she looks mad but adorable in most of these pics :) )
and, finally, more food--my homemade pumpkin bread for Christmas morning breakfast!
The last two pictures are Sadie and Lily talking on the phone to their Nana :)
We had a great day! Hope you all did as well.

I meant to comment on these pics over Christmas but with having my Mom stay and my niece visit it was a bit chaotic.. not a lot of time. Megan. Your family is beautiful. I TOTALLY love the pic of Benji and the girls at the kitchen table. My prayers go out to you guys on the journey God has you on this year. Your girls are so beautiful... both inside and out. I know this because I know you and I know your sweet husband. I can't wait to watch as God unfolds his amazing plan before them. Happy New Year to you guys. PS. I bought Josie those same pj's this Christmas. TOO CUTE! :) lv, jen
