I'm Still Here....

I am still here, I still love writing, I still read all of your blogs, but a lot of times I just can't find the gumption to sit down and write what is in my heart.  I am not sure why (although our lives have been incredibly busy, so that is one legitimate excuse), but I am in a crazy transition right now in my own life, so sometimes it feels overwhelming to try to put anything into words.

Five weeks ago today, our third incredible and precious baby daughter blessing was born after 30 hours of labor.  She is a wonder to us--full of strength and life!  She started rolling over at two weeks of age and still does it frequently, back-to-front AND front-to-back.  Amazing.  She is an easy baby, and for that I am thankful!  It certainly has made the transition from two to three children a whole lot easier so far (although if her rolling over so early is an indication of her personality I may be in for it later!).

Lily and Sadie adore her.  Especially Lily.  I think some days she might think Olivia is more of a baby doll than her actual sister with the amount of smothering and attention that she gives her :-)  Sadie has warmed up considerably and I will catch her in a quiet moment out of the corner of my eye gently rubbing Olivia's arm or stroking her hair-so incredibly sweet.

Lily will be going to Kindergarten this fall at a local elementary school.  That's another transition for us.  One that I am excited, scared and sad about all in one.  I can't believe that soon my oldest will be five...life feels frenetically paced these days!  Here's some pictures of my beauties to finish off as I have a hungry baby to attend to :-)

No worries Mama. You have WAY more important things to attend to. I am learning that balance too. And it is a balance.

Your sweet girls are just that - sweet. Such precious angels. We treasured the time we got to spend with them.
